Position - Micro Biologist One of Our Client of FMCG is looking for Microbiologist Candidates for Noida Corporate Office. Job Responsibilities • Standardization of all products to meet the requirement of exports. • Direct responsibility for Storage condition, conformation for raw materials & Final Product • Handling, Evaluating and Addressing Market Complaints • Direct responsibility for developing & implementing stock rotation program & FIFO. • Direct responsibility for availability & Calibration of inspection and testing equipment and C.I.P Validation of process equipments. • Microbiological examination RTE products and other finished products which includes test for total bacterial load, fungal count, Salmonella , Staphylococcus, Coliform , E. coli, Clostridium botulinum, Bacillus spp. etc. • Shelf life monitoring of products both chemical and microbiological. • Ensure proper hygiene through regular air monitoring, water monitoring and swab tests. • Generate standards of materials received and its implementation. • Physical and chemical analysis of raw as well as finished products (Tests for Moisture, Salt, Acidity, Oil, FFA, PV content) and packaging materials/ disposable items. • Ensure compliance to various quality measures and maintaining of requisite documents/records.
